A 20-yard bin gives you room for a larger cleanup. Your $599 three-day rental includes up to 1 ton of dumpage.
Give us the address, preferred delivery and pickup dates, material type, and a photo of the intended placement spot if possible.
We deliver the bin. Load only approved material during the agreed rental period and keep the load within the bin walls for safe pickup.
We confirm collection, retrieve the bin, and direct recyclable materials to appropriate receiving facilities where possible.
WHAT IT WORKS FOR
Tell us the mix of materials so we can confirm the right bin and disposal plan.
Use the rental period to sort through a garage, basement, or property at your own pace. Keep reusable items and materials needing special handling separate.
A bin can keep approved project debris together while work progresses. Tell us if there is drywall, roofing, flooring, plaster, masonry, or material from an older building before loading.
Share the job-site address, access constraints, material stream, expected loading period, and the person who can direct bin placement on arrival.
MATERIALS
Bins work for many cleanouts, but material type, separation rules, and weight affect the plan and price.
Do not mix an unapproved material into a general load. If you are unsure about an item, call us before putting it in the bin.
For local disposal guidance, see the CRD’s banned-items list and renovation and demolition guidance.
Household junk, furniture, wood, cabinets, and general project debris are common requests. We still need the material list before confirming acceptance.
Yard waste, drywall, roofing, soil, concrete, appliances, tires, and heavy debris may require a separate load, testing, or a different disposal route.
Asbestos, paint, chemicals, fuels, propane tanks, batteries, medical waste, and other hazardous materials. Ask us about proper options instead of loading them.
BIN RENTAL PRICING
The 20-yard bin rental includes up to 1 ton of dumpage. If your load exceeds that amount or you need more time, ask us for the additional charges before booking.
Delivery and pickup dates, accepted materials, the included 1 ton of dumpage, taxes, charges for weight above 1 ton, additional days, and any conditions for your location.
Choose a firm, accessible location and tell us about slopes, overhead branches or wires, gates, parked vehicles, or tight turns. We will review whether the spot is suitable for the truck and bin.
We are family owned, recycle suitable materials where possible, and are a sister company of Uptown Moving.
