Choose junk removal when you want the lifting done
With full-service junk removal, our two-person crew and truck load approved items and haul them away. This suits furniture, a storage unit, a move-out pile, or a room that needs clearing in a scheduled visit. Tell us whether items are upstairs, indoors, or behind a gate so the loading work is part of the quote.
The rate is $120 per hour for two men and a truck, plus the dump fee. Photos and a complete item list help estimate the time and disposal cost. We recycle suitable material where possible.
Choose a bin when the project happens over several days
With a 20-yard bin rental, we deliver the bin, you fill it with approved material, and we collect it. This often suits a renovation, garage clearout, or property project where material accumulates as you work. The price is $599 for three days, including up to 1 ton of dumpage.
Before booking, share the delivery address, desired dates, material list, and a photo of where the bin would sit. Ask about taxes, extra days, and the rate for weight above the included 1 ton.

Replacing a sofa and a few bulky items? A crew-loaded pickup may be simpler. Renovating a kitchen over a weekend? A bin may give you time to load approved debris as it is removed. Clearing an estate or crowded property? We can discuss a staged plan or a combination of services once the keep-and-remove decisions are clear.
Material type can change the answer
Household hazardous waste, asbestos, and some renovation materials cannot go into a standard mixed load. Soil, concrete, drywall, roofing, and yard waste may need separation, testing, or a different disposal route. Tell us about these before scheduling or loading. The CRD’s banned-items guide is a useful local reference.
What to ask before booking
Confirm the items or materials, location and access, preferred dates, and exactly what is included. For a bin, the $599 rate includes up to 1 ton of dumpage; ask about additional weight or days. For a crew, the $120 hourly rate covers two men and a truck, with the dump fee extra.
Still unsure? Tell us about your project. Uptown Disposal & Bins is a family-owned sister company of Uptown Moving and recycles suitable materials when possible.
