Clear approved items left after a move, tenancy, or estate sorting. Larger or sensitive jobs can be planned in stages with a clear keep-and-remove list.
Appliances & specialty items
Tell us about refrigerators, freezers, electronics, or other items that may need separate handling so the quote reflects the actual disposal plan.
Renovation debris
Cabinets, wood, and other project material may be suitable once we know what it is. Older renovation materials, drywall, roofing, and heavy debris need advance review.
Yard projects
Branches and garden debris from a cleanup can be quoted separately from household junk. Soil, sod, stumps, and mixed loads need advance approval.

Items and access
Tell us whether the items are indoors, in a garage, upstairs, or at a storage facility. Note narrow halls, elevator reservations, restricted parking, or a loading zone.
What stays and what goes
Separate personal belongings and anything you are keeping. For a larger cleanout, a simple room-by-room list and photos help us understand the scope.
Materials needing a separate plan
Flag paint, chemicals, batteries, propane, asbestos, drywall, roofing, soil, and concrete before booking. Some materials cannot travel with a standard junk load or require a different disposal route.

How is the junk removal price calculated?
Two men and a truck cost $120 per hour, plus the dump fee. Describe the load and access to get an estimate of the hours and disposal charge.
Do you remove just one item?
Tell us the item, pickup location, and any stairs or special handling. We can confirm whether a small pickup makes sense and provide a quote.
Can your crew carry items from inside?
That is the purpose of full-service removal. Tell us exactly where the items are so we can confirm the loading scope and access in the quote.
Do you recycle?
Yes. We sort and recycle suitable materials where local facilities accept them. Let us know about materials that should remain separate.
What if my project will take several days?
A 20-yard bin rental may be a better fit when you plan to load material yourself as the project progresses. The bin is $599 for three days with up to 1 ton of dumpage included.
What should I do with hazardous household items?
